Q: Session Details:
Duration: Up to 10 magical minutes
Two stunning set designs: One for Santa visits, one for family portraits
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and stay on schedule
Q: Can We Get Family Photos Too?
A: Absolutely! Whether you want a formal family portrait, matching pajama fun, or just photos of the kids - we can do it all in our 10-minute session. We have two versatile sets to capture a variety of memorable shots!
Q: What If My Child Cries?
A: We'll do our best to capture beautiful images, with or without Santa. Although, sometimes those teary photos become cherished memories! If you think your kiddo may be scared or need time to warm up, ask our elves to start with family photos first! We can then bring Santa out at the end of your session in case things go downhill from there….That way you will still leave with great photos from your experience! Remember, we can't reschedule or refund based on a child's reaction.
Q: How Can I Prepare My Child?
A: Build excitement by reading Santa books, watching holiday movies, and talking about the upcoming visit. Encourage older kids to bring a wish list - it makes for great props and fun interactions!
Q: Is the Set Different from Last Year?
A: Yes! We've designed two brand-new, interactive sets for 2026 - one for Santa visits and another for family portraits. Get ready for a fresh, magical backdrop for your holiday memories!
